Queens County Farm Museum is one of various sites around New York City accepting donations of bagged, residential leaves this fall. Through a partnership with NYC Leaves, we aim to lessen the amount of leaves going to our landfills and use this natural resource to create valuable compost for our growing fields. Participants are welcome to drop off leaves at the farm every Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10am-3pm. (Please note that we are closed Thanksgiving day.)
